A 74-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Police were called out to a long-term care home in Niagara-on-the-Lake back on August 10th, after hearing about an assault that allegedly happened the day before.
94-year-old Verna Traina was taken to hospital, but died 10 days later.
Police say the 74-year-old man is a resident in the home.
