The NRP has laid impaired driving charges against seven people in the region.
The individuals were charged between March 8th and March 14th.
Two people from Welland, two people from St. Catharines, one person with no fixed address, and one person each from Niagara Falls and Thorold are facing charges.
Each person charged also received a 90 day license suspension.
The NRP is reminding the public that impaired driving remains the top cause of criminal deaths in the country.
