The shooting happened at a gas station in Niagara Falls in October, between police and murder suspect
Some good news for a Niagara Regional police officer who's been cleared of doing anything wrong after a murder suspect was shot and killed.
The shooting happened in October at a Gales gas station in Niagara Falls, when the suspect died in a gun battle with police.
He was wanted for killing a woman the day before in Brampton, and abducting a child.
Ontario's Special Investigations Unit, it's director, found no reasonable grounds to believe the officer committed a criminal offence.
