City implementing parking restrictions as major storm hits Niagara.
Sn'o parking is now in effect this morning in St. Catharines
So that means no on street parking in most neighbourhoods while crews work to clear snow from roads
Parking on the street is allowed in some areas to meet base parking needs and those areas are exempt from the restrictions.
Residents who fail to remove their vehicles face a $30 fine and tow.
Local weather and road conditions will determine how long S'no parking will be in effect.
