Drop in prices expected tomorrow
If you can, you may want to wait until tomorrow to fill up your gas tank.
Experts predicting prices will drop by 15 cents a litre tomorrow at the pumps.
Meantime, pressure is mounting on the Ford government to make good on a campaign promise and cut the gas tax .
The Canadian Taxpayers Federation is calling on the premier to honour the pledge to lower the gas tax by 5.7 cents per litre.
The head of the Federation, Jay Goldberg adding "Ontario Premier Doug Ford owes you a tax cut."
It was just last November when Doug Ford reaffirmed his government would honour the campaign promise before the next budget
Goldberg noting at $1.85 a litre, 55 cents of that price is tax, so there is a lot of wiggle room to make a cut.
