A self contained, self cleaning washroom could be on the horizon for the Garden City.
City Council has voted in favour of adding the $500,000 washroom to it's draft Capital Budget for 2021.
Staff will be looking for the public's input before it receives final approval.
Councillor Greg Miller suggested installing it in the Queenston Street area close to Centennial Gardens, after he received a letter from the Queenston Neighbours regarding washroom access.
Council voted against his placement recommendation Monday night.
