City of St. Catharines adopting a phased-in vaccination policy for employees.
A new vaccination policy is in place for City of St. Catharines staff.
Employees will need to get both jabs unless they're unable to get it for medical or religious reasons.
The City says the policy applies to all employees, as well as students and volunteers working within the organization.
Volunteer members of boards, commissions or advisory committees won't be required to get the shot.
A phased-in approach is being instituted to allow staff enough time to get both doses if they haven't done so yet.
