St. Catharines City Council has decided to implement an interim control bylaw for cannabis operations after all.
Councillors decided to approve it Monday night, after turning it down a few weeks ago.
It's going to prevent new cannabis developments from operating on the city's agricultural lands for a year.
It's not going affect existing facilities with the proper licences.
