It's now a lot easier to communicate with the City of St. Catharines, if English is not your first language.
The City now has access to more than 240 language interpreters, thanks to a new service through LanguageLine Solutions.
It's available over the phone and through tablets at City Hall and the Kiwanis Aquatics Centre.
The City's customer service reps will be able to connect with a translator in about 10 to 30 seconds.
The City is launching the service this week.
