The City of St. Catharines is making it easier, for homeowners to pay their property taxes and water bills.
They can now pay online, using an e-billing portal on the city's website.
Their next bill will have an access code so they can sign up for it.
If you don't have your access code, you can use a copy of your last bill and follow the registration instructions online here.
You can link multiple tax and water accounts under one login.
You will also receive an e-mail once your next bill is ready.
