Terrence Byberg of St. Catharines wins $100,000 with Encore
A St. Catharines man has taken home $100,000.
Terrence Byberg won $100,000, after matching the last six of seven numbers in the January 27th Lotto Max draw.
The 73 year old says he plays Lotto Max and Lotto 6/49 often, and always adds Encore.
"I like to play my own numbers that are comprised of family birthdays," he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.
He plans to share the money with his family and donate some to charity.
The winning ticket was purchased at Big Bee Convenience & Food Mart on Geneva Street in St. Catharines.
