Fifty-nine year old Donald Legere won $250,000 with Instant Cash Out Multiplier.
The married father says that this was the ideal time for him to win big.
Legere says he plans to use the money for his retirement, buying a cottage and traveling with his wife.
He bought the ticket at Avondale on Ontario Street in St. Catharines.
