The city of St. Catharines is reporting a four to six month road closure in order to do some work underground.
Heads up if you are driving in St. Catharines today.
The city reporting the start of a road closure expected to last for about four to six weeks.
Woodland Avenue between Russell Avenue and Maple Street will be closed for underground improvements beginning today (Tuesday August 3, 2021).
Access to properties within the closed road section will be maintained at all times as
much as possible and existing sidewalks will remain open.
The city is encouraging drivers to use alternate routes during this period.
