Sunwing customers whose trips were cancelled due to the pandemic can now get a full refund.
The travel company says it has reached a financing deal with the Canada Enterprise Emergency Funding Corp.
Clients with non-refundable bookings now have the option to get a full refund if their trip was cancelled due to the pandemic.
Customers who wish to keep the travel credit they received up to September 30th, 2026.
The policy applies to hotels, flights, and vacation packages booked for trip from February 1st, 2020 onward.
To request a refund, customers and travel agents will need to submit a request by August 27th via an online COVID-19 refund request form.
