Every year he takes on the Niagara River to raise awareness for homelessness in the Region.
It's the 35th annual river crossing for John Fulton.
His 15 kilometre paddle surf will happen on Monday.
The launch is set for 11:00 a.m., near the Mather Arch in Fort Erie.
Fulton is asking that people donate warm winter clothing, especially socks and long underwear.
