NRP say he was riding his bike, when it collided with SUV in St. Catharines
Tragedy on the streets of St. Catharines.
Police were called early last evening to the area of Glendale Avenue and Glengarry Road, concerning a collision between a bicycle and a Lincoln Aviator.
They say the 16-year old St. Catharines boy riding the bike was in critical condition.
He was taken to an out of region hospital, where he died.
Police say the 45-year old St. Catharines woman driving the SUV was not physically hurt.
The road was reopened this morning just before 3.
Police are working to determine what led to this tragedy.
