Two drivers arrested, and a 17-year old with a G2 licence charged after weekend RIDE checks.
Police set up check points on Saturday, in the Gorham and Garrison Road area of Fort Erie, and other places throughout Niagara.
They stopped about 400 vehicles, 36 drivers asked to give breath samples.
Police say a 49-year old woman failed or refused to comply, she was arrested and licence suspended for 90 days.
A 49-year old man was arrested after an alcohol level over the legal limit, licence suspended for 90 days, vehicle impounded for 7-days.
Police also charged the teenager for having a presence of alcohol, who isn't supposed to have any, the licence was suspended, police didn't say for how long.
Five other drivers resulted in "Alerts", the licences were suspended for 7-days, and there were also 14 other provincial offence notices issued.
