NRP made arrests last week
Thirteen people are facing impaired driving charges after a series of R.I.D.E. checks in Niagara.
Police say the arrests were made between October 9th and October 15th.
The following people are accused of driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample:
- Shawna K. OGAR, 48yrs, St. Catharines
- Karla A. REYES-SILVA, 51yrs, St. Catharines
- Rachel L. BRODERICK, 36yrs, Port Colborne
- Connor R. CROUSE, 23yrs, Niagara Falls
- Andy D. MENDOZA, 30yrs, Lincoln
- Joshua R. WILLISTON, 21yrs, Niagara Falls
- Kevin P. GALE, 48yrs, Welland
- Shawna M. RETZER, 26yrs, Buffalo, NY
- Jeremy J. REES, 39yrs, Port Colborne
- Junelle L. BERRY, 33yrs, Toronto
- Amanda M. BOYLE, 50yrs, St. Catharines
- Spencer T. CHAPMAN, 33yrs, Welland
- Shane R. CULP, 35yrs, Fort Erie
Each person also received a 90 day license suspension.
