Niagara Public Health is confirming three more deaths and 101 new cases of COVID-19 today.
This comes as the case counts for yesterday and Sunday were revised.
Due to a technical issue affecting lab reporting in multiple regions, the number of new cases reported was under-reported.
Niagara Public Health is now confirming 105 new cases for April 25th and 160 new cases for April 26th.
Variants have been detected in over 2,400 local cases.
St. Catharines, Welland and Niagara Falls have the most active cases.
There are 84 people in local hospitals with the virus, and 21 are in ICUs.
