Police made the arrest with help from Niagara Parks police, finding fentanyl and cocaine earlier this week
Another drug bust in Niagara Falls, this time a Toronto man has been charged.
Police say on Tuesday they began an investigation, and watched a man who they say was dealing.
Late that afternoon, with the help of Niagara Parks police, they stopped a vehicle driven by the suspect, and arrested him.
They found:
- 6.5 grams fentanyl (street value $1300)
- 8.1 grams cocaine (street value $810)
- 109 hydromorphone tablets (street value $2180)
- $1603 Canadian Currency
Police have charged 24-year old Jahquan Ruglass-Brown with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for Trafficking (Fentanyl)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for Trafficking (Hydromorphone)
- Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime under $5000
- Fail to Comply with Release Order (2 counts)
He had a bail hearing yesterday.
