Police seized firearms, ammunition, cash and several narcotics, estimated to be worth over $12,000.
Two people are facing drug and firearm charges following a traffic stop in Niagara Falls.
Just before 1 PM on Tuesday, officers stopped a red Toyota near Dunn Street and Stanley Avenue.
Investigators say the driver was failing to comply with a release order, and was arrested as a result.
A female passenger was also in the car.
A search turned up fentanyl and over $3800 cash.
Officers also searched a room at a motel near the same intersection and found two firearms, ammunition, crystal meth, cocaine, fentanyl, drug paraphernalia and two cell phones.
The total street value of the drugs is estimated to be $12,180.
Facing charges are 38 year old Adam C St. Louis of Niagara Falls and 27 year old Alexandra Garbutt of Welland.
