Police find stolen wire and cutting tools on suspects.
Two people are facing charges after copper was stolen from a hydro tower in Niagara Falls.
Around 10:15 a.m. yesterday, Niagara Parks Police were called to a hydro tower at 2405 Niagara Parkway.
Upon arrival, police found the suspects and discovered they both had stolen copper wire in their possession.
Police also say cutting tools were found on both men.
Facing charges are 46-year-old Yan Charron and 44-year-old Timothy Bennett, both of Niagara Falls.
The pair are due in court on January 23rd.
