Victim remains in critical condition
Two 17 year old males have been arrested after a Grade 10 student was shot outside a Toronto high school yesterday.
The incident took place in the parking lot of Weston Collegiate Institute.
Police say the 15 year old victim had just left the school when two male suspects in a stolen Hyundai Elantra pulled up and fired bullets.
The victim was shot in the upper chest area, and remains in hospital in critical but stable condition.
The suspects, who are not students at the school, were arrested this morning.
Each suspect is facing ten charges, including attempted murder.
Under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the names of the accused have not been released.
