Wainfleet Mayor Kevin Gibson says the time for warnings is over.
The township is stepping up its law enforcement for local beaches once again.
Gibson says the parking situation improved after the township increased fines and towed vehicles.
But he says there have still been reports of bad behaviour in the area and most of them involve alcohol.
Paid-duty police officers will be on the lookout for illegal activity this weekend.
