Accessing property information has become much easier.
The City of Welland is taking another step in modernizing customer service with the launch of Virtual City Hall, a new secure online platform that gives property owners convenient, around-the-clock access to their tax and water accounts.
Designed to provide greater flexibility and self-service options, the platform allows users to review balances, view billing and payment history, access important account information, and complete transactions whenever it works best for them. Whether at home, at work, or on the go, residents can securely access their accounts from a computer or mobile device.
Users who enroll in e-billing can download and print copies of their bills at no cost.
Property owners can register and learn more about Virtual City Hall by visiting https://vch.welland.ca/VCH/default.aspx.
