A second person has been arrested following a pellet gun incident in Welland.
On August 25th, 2020, five youths were walking northbound on Colbeck Drive near Stormm Court.
A van with three people pulled up beside the group, and one of the occupants opened fire with a BB gun.
One of the youths was struck but not injured.
On Sunday, officers arrested 20 year old Isaac Christopher Larch on several firearm-related charges.
This comes after the September 2020 arrest of 19 year old Justin Maurice, who was charged as an accessory.
Police say there are no more suspects in the investigation.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact Det. Sgt. Dylan Bourgeois or Det. Const. Kelly Gerrie at 905-688-4111, extension 1023300.
