Welland Man Charged with Child Porn

Police began looking into this case back in April, searched a house today

Police arresting a Welland man after a search of a home found child pornography.

Police starting investigating this case of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation material in April, leading to the ID of a suspect.

They searched the Welland house earlier today, and arrested 37-year old Johnathon Michael Edmond Barlow, charged with accessing and possessing child porn.

He was held in custody, with a bail hearing today.

Police say offenders try to lure children online behind anonymous accounts on different platforms.
