Niagara Police say the incidents took place at Welland City Hall
A 27 year old Welland man is facing charges following two reports of indecent acts.
Earlier this month, Niagara Regional Police were called to Welland City Hall after reports that a male had entered the public female washroom and performed an indecent act before urinating on the floor.
Police say it's alleged the same man was engaged in a further indecent act in the entrance to the building, in the presence of a young female.
Police have charged Nathan Peddle with 2 counts of an indecent act, mischief under $5,000 and exposure to a person under the age of 16.
He's being held in custody for a bail hearing tomorrow.
Detectives have reason to believe that there could be additional victims and are asking anyone with information to contact police at (905) 688-4111, dial option 3, ext. 1009077.
