A Welland Transit driver was not tested for COVID-19.
The City has released a statement after an article was published in the Welland Tribune yesterday.
Officials say the bus driver went to the hospital after they started experiencing cold and flu symptoms.
They were not consistent with COVID-19, so no test was issued.
The driver is now resting at home.
