Fares will be reduced for eligible passengers starting in the New Year
Welland Transit will debut a new fare structure for those registered with the Ontario Disability Support Program beginning January 1st.
The price for a 31-day pass will be reduced from $85 to $50.
Transit also wants to remind riders now that it has installed a swipe card pass system, the old punch style passes will no longer be accepted beyond, December 31st.
