UPDATE: Additional charges have been laid in a Welland robbery investigation.
The NRP charged a 16-year-old from Welland with robbery yesterday.
After further investigation, police also charged a 17-year-old from Grimsby with failing to comply with undertaking.
Officers also charged him with robbery the night of the incident.

A 17 year old male from Grimsby has been arrested and charged with robbery in connection to a Welland incident.
It took place around 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 18th outside a residence near Deere Street and Ontario Road.
Officers responded to the scene, and investigators determined that a vehicle with three occupants had attended the area.
The male victim did not sustain any injuries.
Police believe this was a targeted incident, and anyone with information is asked to contact Niagara Regional Police Service.
