Niagara Public Health is reporting 135 new COVID-19 cases today.
Our death toll has now risen to 223, and there are 73 people with the virus in our local hospitals.
There are 53 active outbreaks and 1750 active cases in the region.
St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Welland have the most active cases.
There are 162 new vaccinations in the region today, bringing our total to 1416.
The province has reported 2578 new cases today, after the 3,000 mark was hit on both Saturday and Sunday.
There were 815 new cases in Toronto, 507 in Peel, 151 in York Region and 121 in Hamilton.
As of yesterday, 209,788 doses were administered in the province.
