42 tickets issued
Fines have been issued against 37 Sunwing passengers who were on a December party flight from Montreal to Mexico.
Federal Transport Minister Omar Alghabra says 42 tickets were issued, for a total of more than $59,000.
18 were issued for non-compliance with vaccination requirements and 24 for violations of masking rules.
Videos from the flight show unmasked passengers singing and dancing in the aisles.
Alghabra's office says the investigation continues.
