Nineteen people hospitalized with COVID-19 in Niagara as region reports another day with high case counts.
Niagara Region Public Health is reporting 74 new COVID-19 infections today.
The area's death toll remains at 444.
Niagara Health is reporting 19 patients with the virus, with five in ICUs.
At the moment, the region has 750 active cases, including 174 in St. Catharines and 140 in Niagara Falls.
There are 11 active outbreaks in Niagara.
About 83.7 percent of residents five and older have one shot, and 79.6 percent have a complete series.
