A special weather statement has been issued for Niagara.
Environment Canada says we could be in for 15 to 25 milimetres of rain.
It should start this evening and it should turn into snow later tomorrow.
You can expect flooding in low-lying areas.
The ground is still frozen, which will affect it's ability to absorb the rain.
