Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Niagara.
We could be in for 30 to 50 milimetres of rain, starting today and ending Friday morning. It will be at it's heaviest tomorrow afternoon.
It's also going to be very windy tomorrow for Halloween, with gusts up to 90 kilometres per hour during prime trick-or-treat hours. A wind warning is a possibility.
The heavy rain could reduce your visibility while driving. Make sure you maintain a safe following distance, and be on the lookout for kids walking the streets.
