A Year in Review for Niagara Health

Niagara Health is looking back on a very successful year.

For the second straight year Niagara Health was selected as one of Hamilton-Niagara's top employers.

They are also credited with 17 leading practices from the Health Standards Organization that hospitals around the world can use to make improvements in their organization.

They launched the Niagara Health Engagement Network which now has more than 40 Patient Partners who share their time to help make improvements in the care experience.

Niagara Health also launched the Niagara Health Navigator digital platform which revolutionizes the way patients connect to healthcare information and their care providers.
