The Canada Games Council has adjusted the age requirements for the upcoming games in Niagara.
This will ensure that athletes who were training to compete in 2021 will still be eligible the following year.
Officials are still working with National Sport Organizations in order to adjust the age requirements for baseball, cycling, golf and rugby sevens.
You can find a list of all the approved age requirements online here.
The Canada Games organizers made the decision to postpone the games back in September due to uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic.
