Miners had been trapped since early Sunday morning.
All 39 miners trapped at Vale's Totten Mine in Sudbury have made it to the surface.
The company says the last four workers were saved overnight, and all 39 are healthy and safe.
On Sunday, the mine shaft became blocked when a scoop bucket being sent underground detached, leaving the miners trapped underground.
The workers made it to safety with the help of Ontario Mine Rescue and members of Vale's rescue team.
Employees had to climb a series of ladders to make it to the ground, and some of the workers were as far as 1,200 metres below the surface.
