Christmas will come early for kids at the St. Catharines Hospital today.
Niagara IceDogs players will be stopping by the Children's Health Unit, with local NRP officers this morning.
They will be handing out some of the bears collected at this year's teddy bear toss game.
A total of 3,821 bears covered the ice at the Meridian Centre on Saturday December 7th.
Some of the stuffed animals will also be going to Victim Services Niagara.
