The patient from Welland passed away on Monday.
Niagara Health has seen 121 positive tests at its sites, including 10 deaths.
There are currently 27 patients with the virus being treated.
Public Health is reporting a total of 162 confirmed cases in Niagara.
Forty-three people have recovered.
