CREA says housing market continued to bounce back last month
The country's real estate market is picking up again.
The Canadian Real Estate Association says home sales jumped 11.3 percent between March and April.
However, the number of homes sold last month was 19.5 percent lower than the same time last year.
The association also says supply remained at a 20 year low.
The average house price was around $716,000, which is about four percent lower than April 2022, but up $103,500 from this past January.
