A 44 year old man is facing charges
Officers were called to the motel in the Garrison Road and Central Avenue area yesterday for a report of a man armed with a gun.
Uniform officers, the Emergency Task Unit, K9, detectives, and negotiators all attended the scene
Police then arrested 44 year old Jeremy Bremner of Fort Erie and seized an imitation firearm.
Bremner has been charged with assault with weapon and using an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence.
