NRP say employee of Club Seven in Niagara Falls facing charge
A 52 year old Niagara Falls man is facing an attempted murder charge after a disturbance at local nightclub on the weekend.
Police were called to Club Seven on Ferry Street early Sunday morning after reports of a stabbing.
Police located the victim who was in the parking area adjacent to the club suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Niagara EMS attended the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital and was later sent to an out of region trauma centre.
NRP identified a suspect who was an employee of the club and have since charged Ricardo Valderrama with attempted murder and aggravated assault.
Valderrama was held for a bail hearing and released from custody with an undertaking to return to court later this month.
NRP are asking anyone with information in the case to contact them.
