New rules for games and stadium events
Following in the footsteps of Artpark, fans won't need to show proof of vaccine to attend Bills games and stadium events.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz tweeting out over the weekend, "with only a few new COVID-19 cases, low hospitalizations and good vaccination rates we are rescinding the vaccnation requirement to attend Bills games."
He goes on to say we will revisit the lifting of the proof of vaccination rule in the future if circumstances warrant.
The announcement came with mixed reaction, one person commenting on Poloncarz' Twitter account, "Thanks for making it impossible for my immunocompromised husband to see a game in person. Vaccine doesn't work for him." Another noting, "You're welcome anti vaxxers."
