Toronto Blue Jays may be splitting their time between Florida, Buffalo and Toronto this season
Due to government regulations during COVID-19, the team will be playing their first two homestands of the season at their spring training facility in Dunedin, Florida.
Team President Mark Shapiro says that it's likely that the team will play home games in Buffalo starting in June, due to the heat and humidity in Florida.
He remains hopeful that the team will get to return home in the summertime.
The Toronto Blue Jays played home games in the shortened 2020 season at Sahlen Field in Buffalo.
Their last game at the Rogers Centre in Toronto was on September 29th, 2019.
The border is currently closed to non-essential travelers who aren't Canadian, and anyone entering the country is required to self-isolate for 14 days.
