The Parole Board of Canada has denied parole to killer Paul Bernardo for a 3rd time
Paul Bernardo, the convicted killer and serial rapist, has been denied parole for a third time.
Although the parole board says he has made progress, there is serious concern he may re-offend.
Bernardo kidnapped, sexually assaulted and killed 15-year-old Kristen French and 14-year-old Leslie Mahaffy in the early 90s in St. Catharines.
The board heard emotional pleas from their families and other victims to keep him in jail.
