Brock University encouraging students to safely mark St. Patrick's Day.
Today is St. Patrick's Day, and Brock University is encouraging students to celebrate responsibly.
The school says it has funded additional Niagara Regional Police officers to assist with neighbourhood patrols today through the weekend.
Police and city bylaw officers will take a zero tolerance approach and will have a high visibility in near-campus neighbourhoods.
As part of the "Don't Put the Bad in Badger" campaign, Brock staff and NRPS officers have been going door to door to promote safe and responsible celebrations.
