The man accused of killing ten people at a Buffalo supermarket in May has been indicted on 27 counts.
The federal indictment came down earlier today, exactly two months after the tragedy.
Every person killed was Black, and investigators say the accused shooter is a suspected white supremacist.
The U.S. Attorney General's Office says 19 year old Payton Gendron faces 14 hate crime and 13 firearms offences.
Indictment charges include ten counts of hate crimes resulting in death.
