Advisory in effect until 10:00 a.m. tomorrow
A windchill advisory continues for Buffalo.
The National Weather Service says windchill values will be in the minus 15 to minus 20 range today.
The advisory is expected to end at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.
The chilly temperature can cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
